We trust everyone is safe and well as we patiently await the allowed, scheduled reopening of non-essential retail stores across England, Scotland and Wales in the coming weeks.
Feedback going forward is very positive and we are aware a lot of hard work getting stores ‘ready to retail’ is going on at the moment with many of you seeing suppliers prior to opening to ensure everything is in order for day one. Like you, here at Cardgains, preparation is underway as we build towards retail normality! We have put in place a phased return schedule in line with members re-opening and any member or supplier support needs.
1st – 9th APRIL Chris, Steve and Debbie will continue member support from home as we have done over the past few months, including the regular supplier ‘What’s Hot’ updates.

9th APRIL - Paper statements will be sent to members, where supplier turnover invoices are on the statement . If there are no transactions no statement will be issued.
9th APRIL - The Cardgains newsletter returns this month with a bumper 28-page re-opening edition with some great new product ideas from the Cardgains portfolio suppliers.
12th – 30th APRIL - Our Sheffield office will re-open at 8.30am and will be open normal office hours with a reduced staff level to assist members as required . 0114 249 0333
4th MAY - Offices will be fully staffed and the sales team will commence member CCC contact with updates on existing and new suppliers and some great promotional and trial activity.
Let’s hope all our efforts , endeavours and patience is rewarded when we are allowed to open. If the results match the positivity and expectations, we will all be fine.
